You can embed via script tags or copy the JavaScript and embed it inside your game for packagers like PhoneGap. We recommend working with ImpactJS, one of the leading engines produced by a friend ours!
If you're building Flash games we suggest you check out FlashPunk because Chevy and his work is cool. We also recommend you sell your game licenses through Flash Game License, and we love FDT for Flash development! If you're doing multiplayer games you HAVE to check out Player IO, those guys rock.
